Why Choose a Concrete Patio?

Concrete is the go-to material for a reason—it’s simple, strong, and cost-effective.

Built to Last

Concrete handles sun, rain, and daily use better than wood or pavers. With proper prep and finishing, it won’t warp or shift over time.

Low Upkeep

No sanding, staining, or replacing boards. Just clean it and reseal it every few years to keep it looking fresh.

Clean Look

Our patios are level, smooth, and easy to sweep or rinse off. Whether you want a plain finish or something decorative, it holds its shape.

Our Patio Installation Process

We do things in the right order so your patio comes out clean and solid.

Prep and Layout

We start by digging and grading the area to create a solid base. Drainage and slope are set up at this stage.

Forms and Base

Forms go in to shape the patio, and we compact a gravel base for drainage and support.

Pour and Finish

We pour fresh concrete, smooth it, and apply the finish—broomed, float, or light texture, depending on the use.

Final Cure

The concrete needs time to fully harden. We protect the surface and let it cure right so it doesn’t crack or weaken early.

Tips to Keep Your Patio Looking Sharp

Don’t Skip the Sealer

Sealing keeps out moisture, stains, and grime. Reseal every 2–3 years, or more often if your patio gets full sun.

Sweep It Often

Dirt and leaves can stain if left too long. A quick sweep now and then keeps it in good shape.

Clean Gently

Use water and a mild cleaner. Avoid pressure washing unless needed.

Plan for Drainage

Make sure gutters and sprinklers don’t dump water on the patio. Standing water shortens the life of the concrete.
